Ian Arnot is a successful mortgage industry veteran, having worked in the Financial Services Industry for more than 30 years. During that time he has developed extensive knowledge of both Residential & Commercial Mortgages, and has helped thousands with his professional, friendly & straightforward approach.

Prior to joining Mortgage Architects, Ian held a series of progressively senior roles with TD Canada Trust, one of the country’s largest mortgage lenders. As District Manager Eastern Canada and as a member of the senior management team, he led the expansion of the Mobile Mortgage Specialist Group into the Province of Quebec. Prior to that Ian was an award-winning Sales Manager who built, grew and coached a team of Mortgage Specialists in Eastern Canada to become one of the top-performing teams in the country.

Ian has worked closely with all stakeholders in the real estate financing transaction, from the first-time homebuyer, to the seasoned investor… from the realtor looking to save a deal in serious jeopardy, to the lawyer looking for instructions on the purchase closing tomorrow. When your mortgage specialist had a nasty problem that needed fixing, if they couldn't fix it themselves, chances are they brought it to someone like Ian to find a solution.
